*All Permanent Cosmetic Appointments: A $50 deposit is required to schedule all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled; however, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date if the appointment is rescheduled. Only one transfer is allowed per deposit.
